关于matlab的mex文件的使用

安装了matlab6.5,想使用mex文件，怎么办呢？按照书上说的，在命令窗内输入
mex -setup,为什么不出现：please choose your complier for building external interface (mex)file:....

所有时间均为北京时间。现在的时间是 04:50。
