Accelerating Finite Element Analysis in MATLAB with Parallel Computing
 

In this article we perform coupled electro-mechanical finite element analysis of an electro-statically actuated micro-electro-mechanical (MEMS) device. We apply parallel computing techniques to the most computationally intensive part of the mechanical analysis stage.
