为什么我的matlab没有fixedpoint toolbox

请教个问题，我装了多个网上下的matlab 版本有2016b 2017a 2017b ，安装的时候安装包里都有fixed point toolbox，安装完后打开simulink 就是找不到这个工具箱，问问大家的matlab有这个工具箱吗，谢谢！
