This is not allowed inside a solve block. For example, definitions are not allowed in a solve block.
You may have a definition statement below a "Given." Or you may have used two "Given"s in a row with no intervening "Find" or "Minerr". A solve block cannot have another solve block inside of it. As an alternative, you can define a function in terms of one solve block and use it inside another solve block. In many cases, this will have the same effect.
