求助啊出现字符集错误急啊麻烦各位大虾帮帮忙

我老师给我了一个仿真程序我打开是出现如下错误
麻烦帮我解决啊急
unable to load model file .... due to the presence of characters that are not supported in the current character encoding
set gbk either
