现在学数字信号处理（全英版），有这么一道作业：

题目：Computer Experiment：Rectangular and Hamming Windows. Using the routine dtft.c reproduce the results and graphs of Example13.

而 Example13 题目：一个正弦信号x（t）=cos（2*pi*f*t），f=50HZ，采样频率fs=1KHZ，采样后信号x（n）=cos（wn），w已知

题意大概的意思应该是画出数字信号加窗函数之后（窗长度L=100，200）时域图和频域图 吧，不知道怎么画，也看不懂Using the routine dtft.c ，dtft.c 是要用C++吗？还是可以用Matlab，求解，谢谢！最好能给我一段程序，谢谢
