招聘：Video Algorithm Engineer(视频算法优化工程师)-工作地点：上海

Responsibility:
1.Conduct research and development in various video enhancement algorithms;
2.Code, simulate, optimise, and test algorithms in software;
3.Co-operate with IC engineers in hardware implementation;
Requirements:
1.Strong mathematical background and signal processing skills;
2.Fixed-point C/C++ and MATLAB programming;
3.3+ years working experience in related fields, an EE or computer science/engineering master degree or above is preferred;
4.Be comfortable with English communications;
5.Well disciplined, dedicated to work, highly motivated and self-driven, team work and programming skills;
6.Some video codec, IC design, or FPGA experience will be a big plus
